You can ski in Trentino in many ski resorts located in the whole province, with its not too high slopes generally crossing the woods. In general, there are good ski lifts and widespread snowmaking systems. Moving east from Etschtal, you will find ski resorts connected to Skirama Adamello Brenta, first of all Madonna di Campigio, connected skis on to Folgarida, Marilleva and Pinzolo, Andalo Fai della Paganella and, in Tonale Pass – at the border with Lombardy – with Adamello Ski. In the south-west we find Folgaria, that in the last years invested a lot to enlarge its skiing offer, while in the north we find Fassa Valley, with its many ski resorts, including Tre Valli or Canazei, which is the Trentino door to Sella Ronda circuit. There are many other ski areas to complete Trentino winter tourism offer, which is one of the main source of this region income.
