In the wonderful scenery of Brenta Dolomites, in Val di Sole, Marilleva is formed by Marilleva 900 and Marilleva 1400. Marilleva 900 lies on the Noce creek, nearby Mezzana. This resort can be reached with the Trentino Trasporti “Dolomiti Express” railway, which connects the whole Val di Sole, reaching Trento. During winter, you can buy the ticket train + ski. The Funivie Folgarida Marilleva company will apply a discount from the price of the daily ski pass Folgarida-Marilleva covering a round-trip train ticket for the skiers arriving to Marilleva 900 with the Dolomiti Express (except during Christmas Time). Marilleva 1400 is reachable by car or taking the Marilleva 900 gondola lift (7 minutes). The Folgarida-Marilleva ski area offers good slopes, 95% of which covered by a snowmaking system, lightened by night. This area is connected skis on to Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo between Brenta Dolomites and Ortler-Cevedale group. 150 Km of slopes connect Val di Sole and Val Rendena in Brentaski, a skiarea formed by four ski resorts. With SUPERSKIRAMA DOLOMITI Adamello Brenta ski pass, you can access 150 ski lifts serving 380 Km of slopes. This ski pass, valid from one to 14 days, allows to ski on Val di Sole slopes (Folgarida-Marilleva, Tonale Pass-Ponte di Legno and Pejo) and in the other winter station part of the Consorzio Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta: Pinzolo, Madonna di Campiglio, Andalo-Fai della Paganella-Monte Bondone and Folgaria-Lavarone. In Marilleva, Copai Panciana gondola lift takes the skiers to 1886 m of altitude. Here, you will find some ski lifts for beginners and the Orso Bruno six-seat chairlift, taking to Monte Spolverino, strategic point to venture towards the other parts of this ski area. From Monte Vigo peak, at 2166 m, you go down the Orso Bruno slope, a medium level slope, to follow the easy slope Pancianina and the red Panciana, taking to Marilleva 1400, for a total length of almost 5 Km and a drop of 766 m. This resort offers a good number of ski lifts and wonderful views. The Orti Slope is beautiful. For cross-country skiing, there are two rings for 8 Km with natural snow and free access. Mezzana-Pellizzano ring winds for 6 Km, running along the Noce creek and among the typical houses called “masi”. Marillandia is a baby park covering 8000 square meters, with magic carpets and teaching aid to easily learn to ski. Scivolandia amusement park in Mezzana offers amusement on the snow for kids and grown-ups, with inflatables, toboggans and bobs. Malga Panciana snow park is for experts, and it lies near Malga Panciana (at the arriving point of Copai-Panciana gondola lift). For after-skiing, there is a wide choice: from ice skating and climbing in the Sport Palace in Mezzana to sleddog in Pellizzana, from the excursions in horse sleighs to swimming pools in Malè Acquacenter, from the spa in Pejo to the beauty centres and beauty farms, from disco-pubs to arcades.
