On these iced waterfalls or on artificial floating ice, ice climbing is a sport that everyone have to try. No fear, with an expert mountain guide from Scuola d’Alpinismo Ortler it’s easy to learn how to do it and in no time you will be at ease using ice axes and climbers. Among the most exciting adventures in this area, excursions in skis surely have a special place. If you are expert enough or are accompanied by a mountain guide, surely you will experience something unique. Ortler area, in the middle of Ortler Alps, has 14 mountains over 3 thousand meters of altitude and is the perfect place for ski-mountaineering and skiing on fresh now. If you’re not an expert, you can enjoy excursions in the surroundings on normal slopes. Going for winter walks means to take your time.
