The Plose - Bressanone ski area, in Isarco Valley, is the easiest resort to reach from the city of Bressanone. Driving 7 km from the city center you will find a medium size ski area with 20 slopes from 1067 meters to 2515 meters.
The Plose resort offers hi tech ropeways and different grounds for every kind of skiers. The highligt is the Trametsch slope a 9 km ride from the top of the mountian to the valley. It's the longest ski run in Südtirol and a challenging slope for advanced skiers.
You will find also the snowpark Funpark Plose, in the top area of the Schönboden gondola, the RudiRun, a 9 km sled run, and 23 km for nordic skiing.
The picturesuqe town of Bressanone offers cultural and lifestyle opportunities and, in december, the famous "Mercatini di Natale": open air Christmas markets with an unique and traditional atmosphere.
