Val Gardena
Val Gardena offers one of the widest and most fascinating skiing areas in Italy, with 175 Km of slopes in the resorts of Sëlva, Santa Cristina and Seiser Alm. Sëlva and Santa Cristina are connected to Sella Ronda circuit. The expert skier can’t miss the famous Saslong slope, which hosts World Cup downhills, going down to Santa Cristina. The area around “Città dei Sassi” [the rocks town] is thrilling, but if you are looking for strong emotions we suggest the slope going down from Gardena Pass to Sëlva. Ski lifts here are modern, but at morning you may find long queues to go up to Gardena Pass. Val Gardena surely is one of the top location for slopes, ski lifts, views, and whole tourist offer. In Santa Cristina in Val Gardena, in December, you will find a Christmas market.
