From here, you can go down towards the village or on the other side, towards E.Moro shelter, at 1350 m, from where you can reach the highest spot in this ski area, on Monte Tamai.
This area is also renowned for the many national and international alpine skiing and off piste skiing races it hosts. The new Lavet-Canalone slope winds in the sun for 4.5 Km. The Arena Freestyle Snow Park, on Monte Zoncolan, which can be reached from Ravascletto with a cable car and from Sutrio with a chairlift, is served by Arvenis platter lift and offers kicker platforms (11), landings, rail, five boxes, and boarder-cross outside the park.
You can choose among several ski mountaineering excursions, even with a guide, on Crostis (2251 m) and Cimon di Crasulina (2104 m) mountains in the north, and on Zoncolan (1740 m) and Tamai (2000 m) mountains in the south. For beginners, there are two ski school areas with five magic carpets, two of which covered, while children can enjoy the snow with expert entertainers in ZoncoGrowl snow park. Cross-country skiing lovers will find 2.5 Km covered by a snowmaking system at 1300 m of altitude on mount Zoncolan, called Suart circuit.
Other offers: a snowshoes route among spruce fir woods at 958 m of altitude from Sella Valcalda to Panoramica delle Vette; a 16-seat heated snow cat which takes out to night excursions from January to March; a lightened toboggan slope, ice rinks, jumps, and the famous Arta Thermal Centre, 10 Km away from Cima Zoncolan.
