Bonus: usually, the slopes here are not crowded. Civetta ski area is part of Dolomiti Superski and is served by an efficient ski bus service, taking from Alleghe to Marmolada and then to Sella Ronda Tour.

In Alleghe area, near the Baldi run, a snow park offers leisure for freestyles and snowboarders. Expert skiers can challenge themselves on the so-called “Giro Sciistico della Grande Guerra” (The Great War Ski Tour), a trail tracking back our history going across the places that were the scene of World War One at the feet of some of the most known mountains among Dolomites. Kids up to 11 years old can enjoy the amusement park and kindergarten on the snow in Piani di Pezzè, the Happy Park (0437 523598 - 3488577423). Cross-country ski lovers will find 4 Km of medium-difficult trails through the woods covered in snow in Caprile di Alleghe.

This ski resort offers also runs for telemark skiing, carving, ski mountaineering, snowmobile trips and excursions in snowshoes, as well as an ice stadium for Premier League hockey games.
